Scanned Tags Report

Enable PowerUp

Scanned Tags Report is an asset audit trail report for itemit: a PowerUp that exports every tag scan and tag addition across a date range as a CSV, with the address each tag was last seen at. It works by choosing a period, either a preset or your own dates, and preparing the export in the background for users who hold the data export permission. The main use cases are audit reconciliation, confirming that a tagging rollout actually happened on site, and finding where equipment has been turning up. Common features include preset and custom date ranges, Tag Scanned and Tag Added events, and last-seen addresses on every row. The key benefit is one export that shows what the whole register did over a period, rather than one asset at a time.

The Problem

Scan activity is visible one asset at a time, which is fine until somebody asks what the whole register did last month. Reconstructing that item by item is not realistic, and there is no straightforward way to see where the scanning was happening.

The Solution

One export covers the entire period. Tag scans and tag additions arrive as a CSV with last-seen addresses attached, ready to pivot, filter, or hand to an auditor without further work.

In Action

An operations lead exports the last quarter to check whether a new site rolled out its tags properly, sorts the CSV by address, and finds a batch of assets that were tagged on arrival and never scanned again.

Key Features

  • Export Tag Scanned and Tag Added history as a CSV
  • Preset periods, or your own custom start and end dates
  • Last-seen address included against the tag activity
  • Export is prepared in the background and collected from your reports exports
  • Available to users who hold the data export permission
