Fixed RFID readers record items passing a doorway. GPS trackers report the location of vehicles and heavy equipment on their own. You can mix them in one account.

Microsoft, yes: sign-in with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory) is included on Industrial and costs $699 a year on Pro. Google Workspace sign-in is not available yet.
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher) and at rest (AES-256) on AWS and Google Cloud. You can export your records to CSV at any time.
Yes. Send them over and we will fill them in. Ask for our standard Data Processing Agreement and sub-processor list: it commits us to report a breach affecting your data within 48 hours and to delete your data within 14 days when you ask after leaving.
